Snow!

First attempts at playing in the snow were unsuccessful. However, the introduction of the red saucer was a hit. Andy is very good at pulling....me, not so much. Makena smiled and laughed the whole time. And then cried when it was time to go in.

When Andy and I were dating, I may have played the above mentioned song on trips between SD and MN....I suspect Makena may have the same sentiments :)

We are celebrating Halloween a little early this year with a super cute outfit:

Saturday Morning

Temps have changed here, so Makena is now sporting her fleece snowman footie pajamas.  And this past Saturday is was cold enough that a snuggle and a good book was the perfect way to start the day.
