Relative of Elvis

After an eventful day of projects, errands and a hijacked onesie (and blog!), Tuesday came to a close with a visit from Auntie Tara.  And little Makena was all smiles.  Well actually she was pulling out her little Elvis smile - what a heartbreaker!  We dined at Salut on Grand Ave in St. Paul.  Andy and I have noticed that several of our favorite spots have recently changed their menus.  And we are still debating if it's for better or for worse . . . . will keep you posted.  My recommendations at Salut include the "cheap" #1 red wine, steak & frites AND the awesome red velvet cake for dessert - it's seriously massive!  Here's out little gal pre-dinner:
